How Coaching Works

Coaching is a process.  It is about exploration, discovery, action-oriented planning, and celebrating your accomplishments.  Over 90% of all coaching is telephone based and is conducted through mutually scheduled sessions.  Typical clients average three sessions a month; some prefer four early in the relationship.

The process begins with an assessment of what you seek through coaching, what challenges or blocks you are facing, and what your vision is for your life.  Together, you and your coach work to achieve exactly what you want.

In this trust-based partnership, you choose each session’s focus.  Your coach is trained to listen, observe, ask powerful questions and offer related expertise.  As a categorical ally, your coach continually supports as you identify creative and resourceful solutions.
